13. For Possible Action: Accept the low bid of $199,691.50 submitted by Q & D Construction for the rehabilitation of roadways within the Dayton Septic Tank Elimination Project. The funding source is a CDBG grant that was previously accepted by the Board as part of the larger project (requested by Utilities Director)
