14. For Possible Action: Approve a Road Maintenance Agreement with Entrée Gold (US), Inc. The Board previously approved the agreement but some minor edits were made to the document and approved by the District Attorney (requested by Public Works)

15. For Possible Action: Appoint Josh Foli, Donna Cupp, Pat Soukup, Scott Draper, Hazen Adams and Marcy Fox to the 911 Surcharge Committee, with terms expiring December 31, 2016

16. For Possible Action: Approve Amendment # 1 to contract between Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Welfare Supportive Services and the Lyon County District Attorney, Child Support, for child support services provided by the District Attorney
