  1. FORREST STORAGE / BLUE RIDGE ENTERPRISES, LLC – SPECIAL USE PERMIT (for possible action) – Request for a special use permit to expand and/or enlarge an existing recreational vehicle storage facility with the addition of a building; located at 25 Heppner Drive, Mound House (APN 16-183-31) PLZ-15-0025
  2. TRADITIONS / SUTRO RESIDENTIAL GROUP, LLC – PARCEL MAP (for possible action) – Request for a Parcel Map to divide 431.73 total acres into four (4) parcels, the smallest parcel being approximately 3.57 total acres, in conjunction with a Tentative Subdivision Map being considered concurrently; located off of the northerly terminus of Dayton Village Parkway, Dayton (APN 16-406-01) PLZ-15-0022
  3. TRADITIONS, VILLAGE 1 / SUTRO RESIDENTIAL GROUP, LLC – TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP (for possible action) – Request for a Tentative Subdivision Map for Traditions, Village 1, a proposed 395 lot single family residential planned unit development, on a 106.91 total acre parcel; located off of the northerly terminus of Dayton Village Parkway, Dayton (APN 16-406-01) PLZ-15-0027
  4. REVIEW AND DISCUSSION TO REVISE LYON COUNTY CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 10.03.01.F (revised from the June 10, 2015 Planning Commission meeting)for possible action – An Ordinance amending Lyon County Code Title 10 – Land Use Regulations; by amending: Chapter 3 – Residential Districts, Section 1–General Provisions, revising Subsection F, to revise the provisions regulating Animals and Pets to permit rabbits and female chickens on Single-Family Residential parcels smaller than one acre in size; and other matters properly related thereto.
  5. REVIEW AND DISCUSSION TO REVISE LYON COUNTY CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 10.04.03 (revised from the June 10, 2015 Planning Commission meeting)for possible action – An Ordinance amending Lyon County Code Title 10 – Land Use Regulations; by amending: Chapter 4 – Nonresidential Districts, adding Section 11 – SCMU, Suburban Commercial Mixed Use District; to establish the standards and criteria for the new Suburban Commercial Mixed Use Zoning District; and other matters properly related thereto.
