REVIEW AND DISCUSSION TO REVISE LYON COUNTY CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTERS 10.04.06.D AND 10.04.07.D(for possible action) – An Ordinance amending Lyon County Code, Title 10, Chapter 04, Non-Residential Districts, specifically amending Chapter 10.04.06: C-1 (Limited Commercial District), Paragraph D – Special Uses, and Chapter 10.04.07: C-2 (General Commercial District), Paragraph D – Special Uses, to add Schools as a use requiring a special use permit; and other matters properly related thereto.
