  2. B & R AUTO WRECKERS / PERLENFEIN, BRIAN / PIC-N-SAVE RECYCLERS – SPECIAL USE PERMIT (for possible action) – Request to modify an existing special use permit, due to a change in property ownership, for the continued operation of a junk-wrecking yard; located at 34 Newman Lane, Mound House, NV (APN 16-244-05, 16-244-06, 16-244-10 and 16-244-11) PLZ-16-0002
  3. SUTRO RESIDENTIAL GROUP, LLC – PARCEL MAP (continued from the January 12, 2016 Planning Commission meeting) (for possible action) – Request for a Parcel Map to divide 431.73 total acres into three (3) parcels, the smallest parcel being approximately 18.93 total acres; located off of the northerly terminus of Dayton Village Parkway, Dayton (APN 16-406-01) PLZ-15-0048
  4. SUTRO RESIDENTIAL GROUP, LLC – ZONE CHANGE (continued from the January 12, 2016 Planning Commission meeting) (for possible action) – Request to adjust the existing zoning district boundaries from (RR-1 (Rural Residential-1 acre min.), E-1 (First Estates Residential-12,000 sq. ft. min.), NR-1 (Non-Rural Residential-6,000 sq. ft. min.) and C-2 (General Commercial) to NR-1 (Non-Rural Residential-6,000 sq. ft. min.) on approximately 108.37 acres, NR-2 (Multiple Residence-Non-Rural Resid.-8,000 sq. ft. min.) on approximately 18.93 acres, with no change to the existing zoning on the remainder 304.43 acre parcel, in conjunction with the concurrent request for a Parcel Map and Tentative Subdivision Map; all on an approximately 431.73 total acre parcel, located off of the northerly terminus of Dayton Village Parkway, Dayton (APN 16-406-01) PLZ-15-0047
