Sheriff’s Department Press Release – Dayton drug bust

On March 29, 2015 at approximately 10:00 a.m., Lyon County Deputy Sheriffs responded to a residence on Shady Grove in Dayton Nevada on a report that possible criminal fugitives were at the residence. After contacting the renter and observing suspicious illegal narcotic activity, they applied for and obtained a search warrant for the house. During the search they located an illegal marijuana grow with approximately 1 ¾ pounds of marijuana, 302 grams (3/4 lbs.) of presumptively positive cocaine, packaging materials for the illegal sale and distribution of controlled substances, and two firearms.

Three females, Bridget Erickson-White, Debbie White, and Kelly Erickson were arrested and transported to the Lyon County Detention Facility in Yerington for various narcotic law violations, including trafficking, possession for sales, unlawful firearm possession, and a maintaining a drug house for the use/sales.

Kelly Erickson was also in violation of her parole and probation conditions.

    Glad to see an effort is being made to clean up our town, I think it’s good policy to stay on the big or little bust so they (criminals) know zero tolerance. Good job LCSD, but what about in Herrington/ weed heights? Our area is just as polluted with druggies and we’d like it cleaned up too?
